How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request, please contact our support team at:
Kindly include the following details in your email:
- Your Order Number
- The reason for your return or exchange
If your request involves a product quality issue, we highly recommend attaching a short video or clear photo showing the concern. This helps our team assess the situation quickly and provide the best possible resolution.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct warehouse address for the return shipment.
Choose Your Preferred Return Option
We offer flexible solutions so you can select what works best for you:
Option 1: Store Credit (Best Value)
- No processing or transaction fees
- Receive 100% of your product value as store credit
- Use the credit toward any future purchase
Option 2: Exchange
- The return value is issued as fee-free store credit
- Credit is applied toward your new model selection
Option 3: Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund, the following deductions apply to cover non-recoverable costs:
- 10% Transaction Fee (payment processor costs)
- 15% Processing Fee (inspection, cleaning, restocking)
These fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Return Process

Ship the Product
After receiving the approved warehouse address, arrange shipment of the product. -
Provide Tracking Information
Reply to our email with your tracking number so we can monitor the shipment. -
Inspection & Resolution
Once received, the product will undergo inspection.
Your Store Credit, Exchange, or Refund will be processed within 7 days of inspection completion.
Important Policy Guidelines
To ensure fairness and maintain product quality standards:

Correct Return Address Required
Items must be shipped to the warehouse address provided by our team. Returns sent elsewhere (including “Return to Sender”) may not be received or eligible. -
Hygiene & Safety Standards
Used machines and accessories are not eligible for return. -
Change of Mind
We are currently unable to accept returns based on a change of mind. -
Replacement Policy
Each machine is eligible for one replacement only.
Specific Situations
Product Defects
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof (photo or video). We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
Wrong Item Received
If we shipped the incorrect item, please send a photo within 3 days of delivery. We will send the correct product at no additional cost.
Item Damaged During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged, please send clear photos within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
Email us immediately with the subject line: “Cancel Order”. We prioritize cancellation requests before dispatch.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please accept delivery and follow our standard return process.
Exchange Timeline
We accept exchange requests within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
To proceed:

- Specify the model you would like instead
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will confirm your shipping details and dispatch the new item.
